Office Assistant Recruiting for entry level office assistant position in a fast-paced environment. This role is the first point of contact for customer who call in to the office. Role requires a self -starter with excellent phone etiquette, organized, positive, dependable and with experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who can perform the job, once trained, on their own and own it. Role includes Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintaining detailed record keeping, filing, and general organization. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software. Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed. Ability to provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries professionally. Familiarity with administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and data entry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Office experience minimum 2-year. Working knowledge of computers and printers Organizational and time management skills Professional phone skills a MUST Needs to be responsible, reliable, and dedicated Microsoft office and excel ? QuickBooks a plus -Google Calendar Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
