US Tech Solutions Outbound Sales Specialist in Canton, Massachusetts

Job Description :

*Note: Candidate can be fully remote however needs to be in Massachusetts. It is still a remote role, but we’d like candidates to be residents of Massachusetts, no other states will be considered. We may also ask candidates come to the office once every 2 weeks once they become full time, hence the requirement.

The Marketing and Outbound Sales Specialist will work directly under the Inside Sales Supervisor in a call center environment to push lead conversion efforts of digital channels and other outreach initiatives. This professional is an effective communicator that understands the sales process and is passionate about helping people. The Marketing and Outbound Sales Specialist is expected to take personal and complete responsibility for every interaction with a customer by providing outstanding service as a means to foster relationships, build customer loyalty, and satisfy lead conversion objectives. This is a remote position.

Job Description

  • Adheres to daily schedule

  • Checks all systems on a daily basis

  • Able to organize and access proper reference materials and resources

  • Aware and responsive to telephone queues

  • Accurately documents all customer inquiries and outbound calls

Communication (Written and Verbal):

  • Strong telephone etiquette skills

  • Clear and logical spoken and written thoughts

  • Effectively communicates to customers about company’s policies, procedures and benefits

  • Written communication is clear, accurate and complete

  • Strong active listening skills

Teamwork:

  • Demonstrates willingness to be part of a team and contributes to team atmosphere

  • Participates in initiatives and responds to requests for help to ensure department success

  • Interacts with other staff in a professional and respectful manner

  • Works cohesively with others to reach a common goal

  • Projects a positive company image

Technical

  • Make outbound calls to digital leads, and other internal campaigns.

  • Qualify prospects and direct them to resources or transfer to licensed agents.

  • Properly manage pipeline of leads by consistently making outreach attempts (Calls, emails).

  • Providing requested material and assisting prospects through the sales cycle.

  • Properly use the sales center tools: CRM (for data entry and lead management), soft phone, TTY software, etc.

  • Able to multi-task using multiple systems simultaneously

  • Meet or exceed lead generation goals.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years customer service and/or call center experience.

  • 1-2 years sales experience or an understanding of the sales process

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Requires the ability to work in a complex environment.

  • Must be able to exercise excellent judgment and be effective working autonomously.

  • Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team.

  • Requires strong interpersonal skills and an ability to provide excellent customer service in order to promote a positive company image.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in verbal and written format.
