Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Canton, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in Canton, Massachusetts. The role is primarily focused on administrative tasks pertaining to the human resources function of our organization. This role is based onsite, and will involve coordinating, sourcing, scheduling interviews, ensuring new hires are well communicated with, and assisting in onboarding packets.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Director of HR and handle administrative duties.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential hires.

• Source potential candidates for various roles within the organization.

• Ensure that all new hires are well communicated with and have all necessary information.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of onboarding packets for new hires.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.

• Oversee compensation administration and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Maintain strong employee relations and use HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for data management.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including data analysis and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Experience in Compensation Administration.

• Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations.

• Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
