Job Summary

Point32Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Tracking & Reporting Finance Consultant to lead the Strategic Tracking / Reporting function. Under the guidance of the SVP of Business Planning and Performance Management, this role will be responsible for developing our 5-year strategic financial model and tracking and reporting of our strategic goals and initiative.

Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the healthcare insurance industry and within the organization.

  • Work with senior leadership to align financial strategies with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.

  • Develop a comprehensive 5-year financial model. The model should consider various scenarios and factors such as revenue growth, cost projections, and investment plans.

  • Use the 5-year financial model to run scenario analyses, which help the organization understand the impact of different variables on financial performance.

  • Assist in allocating capital to various projects or business areas based on their potential return on investment and alignment with the company’s strategy.

  • Evaluate potential investments, projects, or acquisitions from a financial perspective to assess their feasibility and impact on the organization.

  • Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications – what you need to perform the job

Education, Certification and Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field;

  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience (minimum years required):

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focused on analytics or strategic insights.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading high-performing teams.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven track record of driving results through data-driven insights and decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

  • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
