Location : Canton, MA
Pay Range : $60,000/year up to $84,000/year depending upon experience and qualifications
The Early Education Program Manager will serve as a consultant and resource to the EEC licensed programs in all matters relating to the planning , development, and operations of the infant/toddler, preschool, Afterschool, and Summer Day Camp programs. Duties include but not limited to: assist with the licensing processes, conduct regular Director meetings to include coaching and opportunities for collaboration amongst divisional staff, assist with recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding of staff when applicable , f eedback of professional skills for Directors to be submitted to Corps Officers on an annual basis, work with directors to implement community collaborations, new program ideas, assessment tools that will help maintain quality, safe programs and building and maintaining center enrollment, w ork with team members during center audits, helping to gather information, analyze information and implement recommendations, provide monthly statistics to Social Ministries Director, and provide oversight to the Children’s Learning Center which includes conducting annual evaluation for CLC Director and staff (in absence of Director).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education Administration or a related field
Minimum of two years childcare administration experience.
Experience with grants and development work.
Experience in a supervisory/consultative role
Lead teacher(infant/toddler/preschool) and Director I /II certified and verification of School age work experience
Knowledge and understanding of Massachusetts Laws as it relates to Early Education and Care
Bi-Lingual in Spanish not required, but helpful.
Must possess excellent people and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, and general computer use.
