Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a friendly and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve prompt resolution and satisfaction.

  • Build strong relationships and trust with customers through active listening and clear communication.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers using the appropriate tools and resources.

  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer service and communication.

  • Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis.

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

  • Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage the collections process.

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries.

  • Process credit card payments and handle payment arrangements.

  • Communicate with customers to address payment-related issues and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable activities

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience or related experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
