The ambition of the Global Workplace Transformation Team, of which Global Digital Workplace Solutions is a part, is to bring the workplace experience revolution to life with dynamic approaches that inspire Innovation, Collaboration & Socialization, and Sustainability. The Global Digital Workplace Solutions team supports and enables the organization to succeed by providing digital tools to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency by implementing new digital solutions, enhance user experience, and transform data into value.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Workplace AI Business Analyst, you will harness artificial intelligence technologies to optimize workplace processes and operations. This role is crucial in driving innovation and enhancing efficiency within the organization by leveraging AI's capabilities to transform how we work.

• AI Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to integrate AI technologies across various workplace functions, including communication, collaboration, task management, and decision-making processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand their AI-related needs. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights and requirements.

• Solution Design: Develop tailored AI-powered solutions to address specific business challenges. Define workflows, data requirements, and user interfaces for AI applications.

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive AI-based decision-making. Utilize data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques.

• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of deployed AI systems, measuring metrics such as accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Identify and implement areas for improvement.

• Change Management: Support the adoption of AI technologies through training, documentation, and effective communication to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance.

• Ethics and Compliance: Address ethical and privacy considerations related to AI use in the workplace. Ensure compliance with data protection policies and guidelines.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions effectively. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest AI developments and best practices in workplace optimization. Pursue opportunities for skill enhancement through training, certifications, and networking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Business Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, data analytics, and metrics-driven storytelling.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI technologies.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
