Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are seeking 5 dedicated Asset Maintenance Engineers for an exciting opportunity in Boston and Cambridge. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify various equipment, record important data points such as ID number, run time, and horsepower, and tag each item with a barcode for system updating. This is a hands-on position that is integral to our operations.

Hard Skills

• 1-2 years experience in facilities/maintenance or trade school graduate

• Knowledge of different types of equipment including hot water heaters, boilers, chillers, condensers, pumps, vacuums, etc.

• General knowledge of CMMS and/or controls

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Good communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Our work locations include the Kendall Square Triangle, Prudential Center, Waltham Business Park (Urban Edge), 100 Federal, and 200 Clarendon. Each location offers a unique work environment in urban and business settings.
