Job Description
What impact you’ll make :
As an intern on the Sustainability Team, you will be an active contributor to the key strategic projects which may include Government Affairs, Reporting and Human Rights
What you’ll do
Partner with colleagues to execute sustainability initiatives across the company to help drive program development in key areas and improve how we respond to customers and suppliers about sustainability.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide necessary disclosures for investor due diligence, shareholder activism, tenders, etc.
Generate, collect, and conduct analysis on sustainability data, KPIs and Leading Goals.
Research and understanding of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks and regulations to ensure data is aligned to reporting expectations.
Assist in the preparation and follow up for a wide range of presentations and Sustainability reviews with senior leaders.
Analyze and provide recommendations on data and process changes to reporting and operations based upon benchmarking exercise of those “best in class” and our company peers.
Conduct third party benchmarking and analysis on how to evolve and improve GE Vernova’s sustainability data program.
Help develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures as it relates to GE Vernova data collection and reporting.
Execute other special projects as needed, including assistance on annual priorities, external outreach, and tools and technology to address business needs.
Participate in key company assessment and ensure GEV is prepared for future regulatory reporting and in compliance with any existing regulations.

Expected Work Schedule:
Day/1st -Shift (40 - hours weekly)
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Must be enrolled in a full-time graduate program in Engineering or Business field.
Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Basic financial knowledge (Balance sheet/Income statement/Cash flow)
Active student enrollment (preferably for more than one year)

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $27.00/hr based on years of undergrate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
