Structured Finance SR Manager – Cambridge, MA

As the company is transitioning to become a leading Healthcare solutions organization, our Structured Finance SR Manager will have the opportunity: to develop, drive and manage new and cross market repeatable financial solutions to drive growth across our business.

Your role:

  • Proactively drive and manage cross-market repeatable solutions/financing programs by developing & managing relationship with financing partners including commercial banks, finance companies, private credit insurers, private equity, multilateral finance institutions.

  • Identify financing structures and engage with the NA Market to apply the same. Identify potential financing sources for Large Projects and take ownership of financing end to end.

  • Assessing and structuring new deals, manage due diligence process, and negotiate deal terms and conditions, & collaborate with other functions in finance and outside to ensure smooth execution from OIT to Revenue and Cash.

  • Drive strategic and selective new financing solutions / programs for a minimal use of the Philips balance sheet while at same time meeting market and customer requirements in a dynamic business environment.

  • Proactively drive incremental funnel, deal creation and wins, in close coordination with the Philips account managers & funnel management as well as maintaining close coordination with various other groups within Philips with similar interactions to ensure no overlap.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in financial sector within structured customer financing - healthcare financing background from leasing entities, captive financiers, manufacturing sector, corporate

  • Your skills include good understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling (including NPV / IRR analysis), experience in developing and driving new financial solutions and programs other than working with and managing relationships with financial institutions and partners. You’ve got strong analytical skills, with solid knowledge of financing products / loan / leasing products / sale of receivables and related accounting / operational requirements and significant due diligence experience of financial contracts.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field; Master's degree is preferred.

  • You’re a team player with leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills working in complex, culturally diverse and virtual teams with great executive level negotiation and presentation skills. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in the state of MA is $150,528 to $258,048.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
