Senior Data Scientist, KAYAK Software Corporation (Cambridge, MA): The Senior Data Scientist will develop Machine Learning models for Computer Vision tasks like image classification, image cropping, and image ranking on large scale hotel images. Will keep up to date with the latest deep learning research and develop applications for our users. Will develop various data pipeline processes using MySQL, Hive, Snowflake etc. databases and help with analysis of models and data. Will build tools and infrastructure to improve the productivity of teams developing reusable AI-based systems. Will write high-quality code in a general purpose language, such as Python. Will communicate with various teams for their Machine learning needs and develop solutions for the same. Telecommuting from within the U.S. allowed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. Special Requirements: Must have any level of demonstrated knowledge through coursework of 1) machine learning algorithms, data structures, deep learning architectures including CNN / RNN; 2) Proficiency in Python, SQL / noSQL, Java, JavaScripts; and 3) developing/researching algorithms.
