As a Business Operations Analyst at Philips Healthcare, you will play a critical role in analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This role is reporting to the Cambridge, MA office
Your role:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in key operational areas.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance and track progress against targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions to address operational challenges.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements and operational initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support strategic decision-making and business goals.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business operations and process optimization.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) preferred.
Strong background in accounting or finance, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proven experience in business analysis, operations management, or consulting, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience working in healthcare or life science field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about complex business issues.
Solid understanding of business processes and operations, with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $106,288 to $196,224, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
