Senior Manager, Patient Support Services Oncology Marketing
Sanofi Genzyme’s Patient Support Services (PSS) offers a comprehensive set of resources to support patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Program provides resources to healthcare providers for their patients with information on support offerings addressing access and affordability barriers related to prescribed treatment.
The Senior Manager, PSS Oncology Marketing will lead and support strategic development and tactical execution for the PSS Marketing activities related to the CareASSIST Patient Support program and may be involved in other PSS initiatives. This role will assist to identify opportunities to transform patient support to address patient and caregiver unmet needs and provide holistic support throughout their journey. This role will collaborate closely with PSS Home Office, Field, Brand Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and Vendor Partner teams. The candidate must be highly organized, flexible, and adept at handling multiple projects with cross functional teams and tight deadlines.
This position will report to the Senior Director, Patient Support Services Oncology and is based in Cambridge, MA .
A summary of responsibilities is outlined below, however the ability to flex and prioritize in response to changing business needs may be required.
In partnership with Associate Director, PSS Oncology Marketing
Develop and roll out Patient & HCP digital and print materials including program enrollment forms
Assist with CareASSIST Websites maintenance and updates
Development of field training resources and support field new hire training on program
Develop PSS promotional messaging matrix and ensure brand alignment
Work closely with the agency of record to manage print and digital job approvals and Veeva Vault execution
Work closely with internal promotional review committee for approval of all pieces
Manage inventory for all PSS marketing materials including sales force CRM
Ensure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines
Assist with the coordination and development of the CareASSIST Patient Support Services Brand Plan initiatives
Support PSS Marketing project deliverables for launch workstreams and brand team meetings
Partner with PSS operational team to share launch learnings and best practices across PSS therapeutic areas
Provide communications on the progress of launch activities to the Oncology PSS Leadership team
Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional / partner launch plans identifying critical interdependencies, track progress against key milestones, highlight risks, and resolve issues as they arise
Manage PSS Advisory Boards for upcoming potential launches and label expansions
Ensure coordination across brand marketing teams and PSS Reimbursement teams when it comes to HCP and Patient written & verbal communication
Coordinate PSS Competitive Intelligence activities as well as Market Research in collaboration with the broader Market Research organization
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience, including specialty care launch experience in marketing or patient services role
Experience working with promotional materials and agencies
Strong project management experience especially with large, complex projects as well as strong tactical execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the agility to work across a diverse range of strategic and operational topics
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex topics to senior executives
Collaborative, team player with ability to build and maintain networks across diverse functions
Up to 25% travel as required
- MBA or other advanced degree
Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
