Senior Clinical Manager, Sleep

As our Senior Clinical Manager for Sleep, you will be joining the highly impactful Therapy Platforms business within Sleep & Respiratory Care at Philips. You will be part of a truly global work environment that is committed to improving billions of lives worldwide.

In your role:

  • You will be the sleep clinical expert within the product development team, supporting the alignment of business and clinical features to maximize value propositions.

  • You will develop, manage, execute, and evaluate sleep educational activities for internal and external partners.

  • Identify global clinical market trends and drivers and utilize them to define new clinically focused products and strategies.

  • Lead development of clinical assets & campaigns and go-to-market strategies with cross-functional project teams.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with global key thought leaders.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in the fields of sleep diagnostics and treatment (CPAP, BiPAP), education, marketing, and/or product development.

  • Your skills include development of clinical services, marketing processes and strategic planning, preferred.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred, Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, RPSGT or related clinical field with sleep experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You have demonstrated effective presentation skills and confidence to lead education sessions for internal and external stakeholders and strong experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
