We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate starting at $17.00/hour to join our team in Cambridge, MA! Seasonal Role will run through Mid-January2024!

Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
Assessing customers' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems.
Working with cash registers and processing payments.
Handles customer refunds and overrides. Prepares necessary documentation in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Recommending the best products to customers
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day.
May assist with unloading trucks, pricing and merchandising or any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Energetic, self-motivated, listening and communication skills, bilingual a plus!
Knowledge of woodworking and hand tools desirable.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely participate in team lifting.
Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule (8:00a.m.- 5:30p.m. Monday-Friday, 9:00a.m.-5:30p.m. Saturday and 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Sunday for Full Time or Part Time), and designated holidays.
Previous sales experience in a retail sales environment is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and participate in team lifting.
