Oracle Sales Enablement Analyst in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team. We are looking forstrong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects. In this role you will be a crucial member of the Oracle Data Oracle’s (ODC) Sales Enablement Team.
To succeed in this position, you’ll combine your business, training, and sales acumen skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, affinity for sales enablement, and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment aimed at achieving ODC’s overall business objectives in an efficient and scalable manner.
Key Areas of responsibility:
Support the sales organization in all facets of sales enablement including but not limited to onboarding, skills training, documentation, sales trainings, systems training, sales methodology strategy, and various ad hoc sales enablement requests
Conduct needs assessment (desired state)
Analyze findings and develop recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new program development, engagement and adoption
Create relevant content with the support of subject matter experts
Become a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership Teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts or Technology
3-5 years Sales Enablement and/or Sales Operations experience
Ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Program or Project Management experience preferred
Strong communication skills both written and presentations
Proficient with MS Excel and Microsoft Suite of tools
Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
Strong time management skills & attention to detail
