CTG QA Document Coordinator in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Title: QA Document Coordinator

Location: US-MA-Cambridge

Job Number: 18207828 Verify the records room index against the records in the records room We currently have an excel spreadsheet that was created as a master list of all documents in the records room. That list needs to be confirmed and verified that it is correct. This person will compare the document number, revision # and dates on the document to the excel spreadsheet. Approximately 9k documents. This person will be required to stand for long periods of time while comparing the index to the files on the shelves

Obtain information for the master spreadsheet and meta data needed in preparation for uploading the data into our Veeva QualityDocs system.

The existing spreadsheet will have highlighted columns and this person will be expected to see out and determine through research of the document and with subject matter experts, information regarding owning departments, owning site, etc. Also, we need this person to create a genealogy for all older records with the intent of all former document numbers being added into our eDMS
