Sanofi Group Project Coordinator – Marketing Team, US Rare Disease in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Additionally, the Project Coordinator, US Rare Disease will contribute to maintaining Sanofi’s leadership in Rare Disease, driving Sanofi towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized customer experience. This individual will provide support and coordination across portfolio, patient engagement, and account engagement teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Each marketer will work closely within our GTM models.

Main responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Project Coordinator will be multi-tasking as they toggle between administrative and project duties supporting the team. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will work on the following:

  • Sr Admin responsibilities (managing calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting minutes, offsite meeting planning, slide decks, etc)

  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution.

  • Execute contractsfor seamless vendor and partner collaboration.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on marketing materials, ensuring compliance and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Maintain project documentation and records, generate reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the marketing organization and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles

  • Successful track record of decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent

  • Fluent in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working within complex multidisciplinary teams
