Our client is a well-known private Ivy League research University and Education Leader and they are looking for a Product Business Analyst to join their growing team on a 6 month contract, with the opportunity for extension. The Product Business Analyst will be reporting to the Senior Product Manager and is a member of a high-performing team that focuses on the development and implementation of a world-class online learning platform. This is an ideal opportunity to work at the intersection of online education and technical innovation, and in an organization that values creativity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives and backgrounds. In this role, you will partner with the Scrum product owner, technical lead, product designer, and business stakeholders to determine and document business requirements and flows for new features of the LXP platform. This role will be responsible for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product and user documentation. responsibilities:

  • Partner with Scrum product owner, technical lead, product designer, and business stakeholders to determine and document business requirements and flows for new features of the LXP platform

  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Write product and user documentation

  • Partner with product owner and QA lead on testing plans to ensure alignment with product feature goals

  • Support product owner in maintenance of the product backlog

  • Other duties as needed or required

  • Experience level: Experienced

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
