The Principal Software Engineer, a member of a high-performing team that focuses on the development and implementation of a world-class online learning platform (LXP). The Principal Software Engineer is part of a team responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining multiple large components of the LXP platform while establishing and optimizing industry-class software development practices and workflows. The Principal Software Engineer will assist in leading technical discovery and recommending solutions to ambiguous technical/business problems. The Principal Software Engineer will strengthen and grow a culture of collaboration and openness within the team and with partners.

  • Participate fully in software development life cycle, and in long term strategic planning for the application portfolio(s)

  • Lead development of technical solutions to deliver business requirements
