Philips North America Product Marketing Manager, Medical Consumables & Supplies, and Partnerships - Hospital Patient Monitoring in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Are you passionate about launching cutting edge MedTech solutions to leading healthcare institutions? Are you an expert in turning new technology into rapid in-market growth plans?

In this role you will be responsible for the launch and lifecycle management of medical consumables and supplies, as well as partnerships within the hospital patient monitoring business.

Your role:

You will own & contribute to:

  • Defining portfolio goals and performance KPIs

  • Driving business portfolio strategy and execution in the market

  • Orchestrating the launch and end-of-life processes locally

  • Generating locally relevant insights as input for proposition and marketing

  • Roadmap planning and execution with upstream product teams

  • Developing local customer targets, sales strategies and tactics for launches

  • Developing price and promotion plans

  • Localizing portfolio collateral, tools and facilitating new launch training

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including upstream marketing, sales, sales support, clinical specialists, market intelligence

  • Identifying customer proof points and building success stories

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Affinity with hardware and informatics technology

  • Expertise in launch and lifecycle management in downstream market organizations

  • Experience in sales / marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions

  • Preferred experience in sales / marketing of patient monitoring medical consumables and supplies, as well as experience working with partnerships with other med tech and consumables companies

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • History of success in a complex matrix environment
