A Day in the Life:

  • Craft and implement groundbreaking marketing strategies targeting healthcare providers.

  • Develop core messaging that resonates, driving impactful tools and value propositions for healthcare providers.

  • Strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns to elevate awareness and adoption.

  • Build captivating content for multiple audiences through presentations, webinars, videos, and case studies.

  • Analyze strategic efficiency through metrics, adjusting plans for maximum success.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners, encouraging harmony across teams.

  • Engage with customers through written and verbal communication, KOL engagement, and industry events.

Keys to Success:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and sales enablement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, global marketing, training and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to increase ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields preferred.

  • Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges.

  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.

  • Experience in clinician engagement preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.

  • Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

  • Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.

  • Great teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.

  • Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools.

  • Coachable with a strive to learn and succeed.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Florida is $94,000.00–$135,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
