About the Role

As the Global Ethics & Compliance Learning Program Lead at Takeda, you will focus on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of tailored Ethics & Compliance (E&C) learning programs. This includes developing key programs that enhance the understanding and practical application of Takeda’s values, values-based decision-making processes, the Global Code of Conduct, and E&C policies and procedures. By leveraging a RITE framework (Role Modelling, Information Sharing, Training, and Environment), you will ensure these programs are not only effective but also applicable to employees’ day-to-day work and embedded into workflows, thereby driving meaningful behavioral changes and sustaining our values-based culture at Takeda.

How you will contribute:

Lead the end-to-end research, design, delivery and refinement of innovative learning and change programs (on/offline/hybrid) aimed at achieving lasting behavioral change and a positive employee experience.

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple learning projects, from inception through delivery, including project management, instructional design, organizational capabilities, and vendor management.

Stay abreast of new learning and development technologies and practices, continually integrating advanced learning delivery methods.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including project sponsors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring alignment and meeting project goals.

Oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality deliverables within budget and timelines.

Embed learning content into systems and workflows to make it accessible when employees need to apply it.

Inspire innovative thinking through a RITE framework (Role Modelling, Information Sharing, Training, and Environment) to provide clarity of expectations, enhance the effectiveness of learning programs, and contribute to meaningful behavior changes within the organization.

Evaluate and refine approaches through meaningful learning objectives and structured testing to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Ensure continuous post-delivery improvement by leveraging data analytics and gathering internal stakeholder feedback.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.

5-8 years of experience in developing learning and change programs.

Proficient in advanced learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360,

Experience managing learning/instructional design vendors and leading cross-functional projects.

Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects or initiatives with competing priorities.

Vyond, etc.

A strong foundation in instructional design and behavioral science is preferred.

Experience in healthcare compliance or another regulatory area is preferred.

Ability to clearly communicate complex issues and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborate in mindset and approach to partner across E&C, Takeda, and with external partners to develop effective learning

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of learning when partnering with E&C teams.

Familiarity with iterative working methodologies such as design thinking, agile, and scrum preferred.

Learning agility, curiosity, proactivity, and motivation effective within a matrixed organization.

Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced and changing environments.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$133,000.00 - $209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
