We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support sample and reagent management in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sample Management which includes from receiving samples from operations and GMP receipt and scanning all files to LIMS.
Reagent management, which includes reagent receiving, labeling, checking expiration dates; making necessary entry to LIMS
Lab organization of samples and reagents, consumable and non-consumables inventory check, and stacking pipet tips.
Scanning assay data sheets to veeva, creating LRs and checking LRs for DI
Maintain the lab- run regular chores on cleaning including vac tarps and emptying bins
Associate degree/High school diploma required.
Must be detail oriented
Can work in high-pace GMP environment
Scientific knowledge and direct experience with analytical method transfer requirements and processes
Open to training and learning new techniques of inventory management like Smartsheet etc.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
