As Head of Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Health, you will oversee, for Sanofi, all aspects of direct digital engagement with patients mobile first, pre- and post- prescription, with the objective to define and implement solutions that deliver a first-in-class and/or best-in-class experience for our patient, and the expected outcome to accelerate the diagnostic, foster the onboarding and maximize the adherence and compliance of patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting strategy, leading and managing the digital product portfolio with a goal to scale to a global distribution.

  • Be the internal voice of the customer for the digital connected ecosystem and digital solutions and works with customers to constantly understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Consumer Experience teams to define ecosystem and design deliverables.

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, Businesses, strategy, operations to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of new products or product enhancements.

  • Define, create and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data, user research and competitive analysis.

About you

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

  • M.S In Computer science or Information Systems or MBA is preferred.

  • Track record of successful implementation in the domain of Direct-to-Consumer required.

  • A minimum of 15 years of professional business experience is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly, high degree of empathy and expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and grow collaborative partnerships, proactively and consistently inspire others, to achieve business outcomes in an ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose, distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations, draw conclusions, make recommendations, establish areas of responsibility, anticipate costs, identify measures of success, and assist in execution clearly and effectively.
