Philips Head of Cloud Enablement in Cambridge, Massachusetts

As the Head of Cloud Enablement you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth for Philips Business Units. In this leadership role in Innovation & Strategy, you will be responsible for leading a team to enable digital platform and operations capabilities for Philips.

Your role:

  • As the Head of Cloud Enablement, you will play a critical role in transforming Philips' digital platforms and driving cloud modernization to support our business units and end customers worldwide. Maintain and evolve the Information Security Management System and related quality system for cloud-based solutions and ensure compliance with related certification and attestation frameworks. Maintain related certifications and registrations in the regions served.

  • You will lead a global team responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the Cloud Foundation for Philips, ensuring our cloud community is empowered with the necessary services, capabilities, governance, and knowledge. Drive the evolution of commercial cybersecurity for products across the enterprise.

  • Establish and evolve key cybersecurity performance metrics for products and measure, audit and report on continual basis for each product. Develop commercial cybersecurity products and drive the overall strategy for product cybersecurity, in partnership with the group security organization. Continue to mature the reactive cybersecurity capabilities.

  • In this leadership role, you will formulate and implement long-term strategies, inspire cross-organizational initiatives, and develop a high-performance software and operations organization.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise and cloud-native architectures, product and/or solution design and build, pipelines, platforms, lakehouses, integration and orchestration. Experience with large-scale application platform and infrastructure development

  • You hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field, with extensive experience in enterprise and cloud-native architectures

  • Extensive experience leading a 24/7/365 regulated enterprise cloud environment

  • Strong technical experience in the medical device industry, or similar regulated industry

  • Proven experience of building and driving a high-performance global team of employees and contractors to develop and deploy global designs and standards across multiple information technology domains.

  • Demonstrated success in shaping digital business technology vision through effective partnership with other business leaders

  • Experience with Agile and SAFE scaled agile methodology solution delivery experience, leading high-impact and visible projects dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to business

  • You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, communication (written and spoken), data storytelling, and presentation skills, with an ability to influence and build rapport with diverse partners

  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of engagement in key functional areas in highly competitive technical fields
