POSITION SUMMARY :

The Head of HCP Engagement, Dermatology will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Dermatology specialty engagement strategy for the Dermatology and APP community across all current and future Dermatology indications. This role will work closely with cross functional partners including US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP Engagement team. This role includes providing strategic leadership of the Dermatology HCP Engagement team and the TLL team. This individual will report to the Head of the Dermatology franchise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the development, execution and performance of a holistic dermatology specialty engagement strategy for the Dermatology and APP community across all current and future Dupixent dermatology indications.

  • Lead the alignment and coordination of brand strategy for the HCP engagement team and the TLL team to ensure Dupixent and Sanofi have a clear, unified and influential voice within the Dermatology specialty.

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team responsible for all aspects of congress planning, medical meetings, speaker bureau and APP engagement.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the US Dupixent TLL team to develop a short and long-term strategy to support the aspiration to be the partner of choice for the specialty of Dermatology.

  • Key strategic partner with the US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP engagement team.

  • Lead strategic alignment of Dermatology HCP strategy for Allergist for current and future Dermatology indications.

  • Clearly communicate and champion Dupixent brand strategy with key stakeholders internally and across the alliance.

  • Champion simplification and make critical decisions to simply and create efficiencies for the entire marketing structure.

PIVOTAL EXPERIENCE:

Experience :

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.

  • Dermatology launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Soft and technical skills :

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.

  • Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.

  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
