Randstad is seeking a Grants Specialist to join a growing and reputable team/organization. This is a hybrid role that includes competitive benefits and office location, PLUS the chance to work alongside an esteemed team/organization. The ideal candidate will have experience administering federal awards and managing sub recipient agreements. Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in Grants Administration -Experience with Asana helpful -Requires experience in grants compliance

salary: $70,000 - $82,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-Evaluate risks and possible changes to policies during the application stage of federal awards.

-Help review federal award budgets at the application stage.

-Draft agreements for subrecipients and subcontractors using federal funds.

-Create and maintain compliance monitoring systems for staff and subrecipients on federally funded projects.

-Remain update to date on changes in federal laws and propose updates to internal policies for compliance.

-Assist with training for staff to ensure compliance on federally funded projects.

-Check federal award agreements to ensure compliance and suggest necessary policy updates.

-Assist in assessing risks for potential subrecipients.

-Work with teams to ensure timely and complete reporting on federally funded projects.

-Help prepare communications about compliance with federal awards and related regulations.

-Collaborate with staff and agencies to quickly resolve questions or issues.

-Identify areas for improvement and engage team members in finding solutions.

-Assist reviewer and/or act as a back-up for non-federal grants and contracts.

-Perform other tasks and duties as needed.
