The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced analytics & AI, great leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our Advance analytics & AI digital strategy with a focus on commercial performance analytics & insights, implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability – continuously improving & challenging the status quo.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design & implement end-to-end product vision & delivery for commercial performance analytics &AIPL and manage product owners in this product line

• Build Advance analytics & AI Strategy with a focus on commercial performance& insightsworking closely with GTMC and GBUs

• Accountable for standardization & delivery of digital platform & products

• Co-development of GBU digital strategy with focus on PL strategy & end-to-end vision

• Accountable for end-to-end digital product design, build, roll out & operate.

• Accountable for product roadmap, budget / digital resource planning, manage capacity / feasibility & localize product for each market/brand.

• Ensure digital product performance & value realization.

About you:

• 10+ years of professional experience on advanced analytics and AI digital product management with a focus on commercial performance analytics & insights and reporting and min 5 years people management & leadership experience in diverse markets

• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams 

• Solid industry background and understanding & process a strong business acumen (proven leadership experience digital roles with a focus on commercial)

• Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics & AI digital commercial strategies.

• Very strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
