Data Collection and Report Preparation: This involves inputting surveys into Qualtrics, launching and closing surveys, monitoring survey activity, generating reports using the Qualtrics tool, and working with transcription services to convert audio files into text.

Administrative Duties: This includes scheduling department meetings, creating meeting materials, assisting in creating focus group participant invite lists, scheduling and managing Zoom meetings, and maintaining project documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement: The role requires engaging with external stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.

Financial Management: This involves overseeing the reimbursement of survey/focus participants, tracking expenses, and paying invoices.

Website Management: The individual will be responsible for updating the website.

Copy Editing: This includes working with the IR team to review written content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style and accessibility guidelines.

Graphic Design and Deck Preparation: The role involves enhancing the visual appeal of documents, creating charts, tables, and visual displays for reports and slide decks, and organizing data into a structured format suitable for a chosen chart type or data project.

Job Summary:

This position will provide support to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) Institutional Research team, managing a range of responsibilities that span data collection, report preparation, and administrative tasks. The role involves handling Qualtrics surveys, generating reports, transcribing audio files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in copy editing and graphic design, including the creation of visually appealing documents and data organization.
