Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager in the healthcare and biotech industry. The position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a Contracts Manager, you will be handling tasks related to contracts management, data privacy, and customer inquiries in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial contracts and agreements

• Utilize the software system Agiloft for efficient contracts management

• Ensure data privacy regulations and guidelines are adhered to in all contract procedures

• Contribute to the operations of clinical trials through effective contracts management

• Handle Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOWs) with precision and accuracy

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Contribute your expertise in the biotech industry to the development and execution of contracts. Requirements • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar

• In-depth knowledge of commercial agreements and contracts

• Proficiency in clinical trial operations, particularly within the biotech industry

• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and how they apply to commercial contracts

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to interpret and analyze contract terms and conditions

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Knowledge of relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
