Randstad is working with a renowned and growing team to fill a position supporting their events function. This person will be integral in managing and executing events ranging from 50-250 people, primarily networking and training events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing with speakers, business owners, executives, and external stakeholders, along with attendees and vendors. This role is a full-time position, but may require off-hours work as it relates to attending events. Qualifications: -2+ years of experience managing corporate events -Experience interfacing with executives -High degree of professionalism -Can-do and no-task-too-small attitude

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-Facilitate all logistics for events, prior to and during

-Ensure event is prepared and executed, without interruptions or schedule changes

-Assist in securing AV equipment, catering, rentals (if needed), speakers, and all event materials

-Manage badge handout/pick up

-Interface with potential and confirmed speakers, acting on behalf of organization to liaise with businesses

-Provide customer support and a positive experience onsite for attendees

-Manage metrics and attendance as relates to event

-Maintain onsite presence in alignment with company's brand

-Perform post-event follow up and actions
