Our client is currently hiring a Change Manager – Digital Category Management to join their team in Cambridge. The Change Manager – Digital Category Management, will play a pivotal role in driving the digitalization of Procurement's Category Management process through effective change management strategies. As the Change Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring successful adoption of a Digital Category Management platform currently under implementation. This role requires expertise in Change Management methodologies, particularly ADKAR or AIM, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

As a Change Manager – Digital Category Management, job duties include:

• Utilize recognized Change Management methodologies to design and implement a comprehensive Change Management roadmap for the Digital Category Management project.

• Drive adoption of Digital Category Management by conducting change readiness assessments, designing engagement plans, and executing training programs.

• Develop sustainment plans and implement adoption metrics to monitor progress and ensure long-term success.

• Support communications activities, including crafting executive-level presentations and conducting progress read-outs for project teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of Change Management activities with project timelines and objectives.

Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Change Management, preferably in digitalization projects within Procurement.

• Experience working for multinational companies on large-scale transformations.

• Familiarity with training principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies, preferably ADKAR with a proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in diverse and multi-cultural environments.
