Business Analyst – Innovation Consulting (Cambridge, MA)

Philips’ Innovation Consulting is part of Innovation and Strategy and provides business consulting across the organization to support the execution of the strategic vision and innovation roadmaps of our businesses. By joining our team, you can help global business stakeholders and program leaders located in USA accelerate innovation, enhance operational and sustainability performance, and deliver tangible business and innovation outcomes.

Your role:

  • Participate in consulting projects together with subject matter experts to accelerate innovation by driving activities which include value proposition creation, business case development, and portfolio management.

  • Drive strategic business analysis activities by conducting in-depth assessments of market trends, competitive landscapes, business performance and emerging technologies within the MedTech field.

  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision making.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at enhancing innovation effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with project leaders to develop project plans and budgets that align with organizational goals and client needs.

  • Report on project deliverables to stakeholders and the internal team.

  • Establish and maintain an operational network to support projects/areas you're involved in.

  • Support consulting organization with internal processes and team activities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience and have worked on consulting projects (internal or external) with a preference on healthcare/MedTech.

  • Your skills include the ability to convert data into actionable insights and work directly with clients to provide business recommendations.

  • You have a collaborative and fast learner mindset, and are eager to pick up and apply new approaches and tools to solve complex problems.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and presenter and have a foundational knowledge and passion for innovation

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
