Our client, a leading biopharma company, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Compliance group supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: BioPharma Compliance Specialist

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

Pay Range: up to $50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead event investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.

• Author CAPAs, Change controls and deviations

• Review production documentation and perform quality walk-throughs during manufacturing events.

• Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters to promote a culture of compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into manufacturing operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in the biotech or pharma industry.

• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and manufacturing operations.

• Experience with standard troubleshooting approaches such as root cause analysis and 5 Whys.

• Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to work in a clean room environment and comply with hygiene standards.
