ManpowerGroup BioPharma Compliance Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Our client, a leading biopharma company, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Compliance group supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: BioPharma Compliance Specialist
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Pay Range: up to $50 per hour
What's the Job?
Lead event investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Author CAPAs, Change controls and deviations
Review production documentation and perform quality walk-throughs during manufacturing events.
Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters to promote a culture of compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into manufacturing operations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in the biotech or pharma industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and manufacturing operations.
Experience with standard troubleshooting approaches such as root cause analysis and 5 Whys.
Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a clean room environment and comply with hygiene standards.
