Are you ready to drive supplier governance and maximize contract value at a global scale? Join Sanofi’s Contract Excellence team as an Audit Director, Supplier Contract Audit , where you’ll lead the strategy and execution of supplier contract audits. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance, identifying improvements, and enhancing Sanofi’s relationships with its suppliers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of detailed audits of supplier contracts to ensure compliance with financial and contractual terms

  • Manage and oversee auditors and data analysts, documenting and reporting instances of non-compliance and potential improvements

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm financial findings and monitor action plan implementation

  • Identify and develop risk-based audit procedures, contributing to the preparation of the Supplier Contract Audit Plan

  • Partner with Contract Excellence and Procurement Services teams to enhance contract lifecycle management

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and the business

  • Manage a team of auditors, fostering continuous improvement and development

About you

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline

  • Extensive experience in public accounting, external/internal audit, and procurement

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and IIA Standards

  • Proficiency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time, including international travel

  • Experience working in a matrixed international environment
