ASSISTANT COACH, MEN’S LIGHTWEIGHT CREW, Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER), to assist the head coach of lightweight men’s crew with all aspects of conducting a successful crew program, including recruiting, administration, managing social media, overseeing weekly practice sessions, budget management, alumni stewardship, scheduling competitions and team travel, counseling students, and assuring compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; three years of rowing and/or coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level; and administrative, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Appropriate certifications in first aid, CPR, AED, and biohazards will be required within ninety days of hire. PREFERRED: proven experience recruiting to a selective institution.
