Account Development Representative.
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with client, internal partners, our channel, and more. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
What You Will Be Doing:
Business Development Associates help companies boost growth and sales. They identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, conduct market research, and test out new business strategies. They work individually and as a team to grow the business. In this role, you will:
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
Conduct Outbound Cold Calling (Email/Calls/Social Media) and Assist with Outbound Business Development
Conduct activities and research to drive stickier conversations & identify potential clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners.
Collect prospect and client information in the CRM database.
Develop and implement sales strategies, collect new ideas for client services through conversations w/ prospects and market research, and use this information to hone the sales motion and marketing strategies
Conduct and assist with sales pitches, presentations
Create prospect communications, reference material, and other documents as required.
Need to manage multiple projects concurrently, achieve targets, and meet deadlines.
Support inbound campaigns to ultimately win business for SiliconExpert
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow/SiliconExpert. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) potential for this position is approximate $60,000 - $70,000
What Were Looking For:
MBA or related (preferred)
Strong attention to detail.
1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Copy writing experience.
Enjoying ambiguity, minimal direction, in order to achieve greatness.
Ability to work under pressure (your success/failure is quickly visible in Sales)
Strong organization and project management skills.
Outgoing and personable demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$64,286.96 - $78,572.96
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
