What We Need
NetBrain Technologies is looking for a hands on Channel leader who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves and be responsible for our indirect market strategy, operations and revenue. This person should have a proven track report of growing business in the competitive landscape of IT. We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate past success in partner strategy and the execution of programs to grow the partner network and impact.
The Impact You’ll Make
This role will report into our Chief Revenue Officer and play a crucial part in NetBrain’s growth as a company. You will build relationships and partnerships with System Integrators, Service Providers and Resellers to capture more market share with our ground-breaking Network Automation Platform and make an impact on our revenue in 2021 and beyond.
What You’ll Do
You will develop and implement the overall strategy for system integrators, service providers and reseller
Assume responsibility over quota across defined partner channels; manage programs to maximize sales revenue and influence revenue across all channel partners.
Collaborate with field sales teams to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.
Build business plans with chosen partners to create positive outcomes for NetBrain’s customers
Work cross-functionally to develop channel marketing programs, enhanced partner portal, partner product certifications and training, collateral, etc.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience as a successful sales leader and 5+ years’ experience in a Partner management role
You have a proven track record of growing a business through channel partners
You are experienced selling IT software
You are collaborative cross-functionally with teams at all levels from individual contributors to executives
You have a track record in defining and aligning channel partner/sales strategies and programs to maximize reseller customer impact and revenue performance.
You have a history of documented revenue growth in complex business environments directly attributable to the partner program.
You are comfortable using data to make and support decisions at all levels.
You are able to travel approximately 50% when travel is deemed safe and viable
