Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Manager, Appliance Revenue Strategy in Burlington, Massachusetts

The Senior Manager, Appliance Revenue Strategy is responsible for developing the pricing and promotional strategy for KDP’s appliance business across all routes to market. The leader will be responsible for optimizing the pricing and promotional decisions to optimize profitability and promotional effectiveness while achieving the company’s desired household penetration metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create annual and long term pricing and promotional strategies to optimize KDP’s topline performance and overall profitability of the business.

  • Integrate appliance revenue strategy into annual sales planning process - volume, price/mix, trade rate goals by customer and model. Own the creation of goals ensuring integration with key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, brand, sales, etc.)

  • Support the integration and launch of our connected brewer platform, partnering with marketing, data science and IT to create a holistic lifetime value optimization strategy and creating clear commercial strategies to integrate with the existing product portfolio

  • Own the evolution of the brewer pricing structure and promotional calendar; drive revenue and promotional optimization to the brewer platform

  • Partner with product team to ensure innovation pipeline achieves commercial and financial objectives

  • Ensure that all promotional and pricing decisions are coherent across the marketplace, achieve acceptable financial results, and share objectives (i.e. Trade Review Board)

  • Develop and monitor pay for performance elements of funding. Ensure programs are equitable, transparent and measurable.

  • Partner with sales and Field RGM teams to identify optimal strategies to execute promotional strategies across all channels, including e-commerce, club, grocery, mass merchants and department/specialty stores
