Description

Salesforce Administrator will report to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations. This individual will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform. This individual will enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. The Salesforce Administrator best understands how to make the platform work for their company's goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing users, data, and security

  • Maintain the platform, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud

  • Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce

  • Assist in continuous process improvement and customization of the platform

  • Develop personalized management dashboards, fields, alerts, and reports to shorten the sales cycle and track every lead in greater detail

  • Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates

  • Become a trusted advisors on all things Salesforce by becoming the vital bridge between business and technology

Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

  • Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

Work Schedule/Hours

  • Regular business hours. Some nights and weekends required.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the essential functions of this job, an individual is regularly required to sit or stand, walk, travel (vehicle and plane), see, use hands and arms, listen, and speak.
