Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

This candidate will aid in the development of a novel, highly engineered steel structure. Specifically, they will help brainstorm, conceptualize, draft, model, and iterate a variety of structural and non-structural components that will be implemented in the next generation of systems. Regular design and progress update meetings will outline specific challenges and conceptualize designs. The candidate will work with other engineers to apply engineering principles in developing parts and systems for prototyping. AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be used to draft concepts and create engineering models and drawings for prototyping and production. PLM software will be used to document these components in the existing engineering database.
