ManpowerGroup Maintenance Assistant in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location: 800 District Avenue, Burlington, MA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Duration: 1 month (with potential to extend for the right candidate)

Pay Rate Range: $20 to $26/hr

Resource's Typical Working Day:

  • Serve as the mobile onsite maintenance for 55 medical offices, utilizing a CBRE mobile van.

  • Perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial tasks, and minor repair duties.

  • Assist with general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials.

  • Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures, and replacing bulbs and lamps.

  • Maintain the grounds by performing tasks such as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, or snow removal.

  • Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities.

  • Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns.

  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain the professional appearance of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.

  • Paint and patch drywall and perform other minor repairs under supervision.

  • Facilitate office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, office keys, and nameplates. Maintain key inventory.

  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and summon additional assistance as needed.

Required Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 1+ year of general maintenance experience

  • Level of Education: High School Diploma

Top Must-Have Skills:

  • General maintenance experience

  • Comfortable driving the CBRE van

  • Ability to perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial tasks, and minor repairs

  • Ability to handle general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials
