Oracle Digital Media Strategy Lead - CX in Burlington, Massachusetts
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of Marketing experience in the technology industry preferred, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

Digital Media Strategy Lead - CX
We are looking for someone to own paid media strategy for Oracle CX across all digital media channels (Paid Search, Syndicated Content, Social Media and Programmatic). This senior marketing position will own paid media strategy and partner with channel activation teams for execution and optimization.
The Digital Media Strategy Lead must partner flawlessly with pillar teams in reaching the desired business objectives and with Channel Media team to support cross-channel execution. Deep knowledge in B2B digital marketing, hands-on experience in media planning and buying are required.
- Translate go-to-market plans into holistic, multi-channel paid media strategies and plans. Specific responsibilities include:
o Scoping and challenging briefs.
o Qualitative and quantitative audience research using a range of tools and data sets
o Collaborate with Channel Media Teams on tactic development, publisher selection, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
o Develop full-channel media plans
o Communicate media strategies and plans verbally and visually to Pillar Marketing teams.
o Interrogation of creative work
o Evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness
o Develop campaign wrap-up deck
Collaborate and build strong relationships across multiple teams to drive the strongest business outcomes both internally within Digital Advertising at Oracle and with the Pillar Marketing leads ensuring alignment of marketing and media objectives and outcomes
Partner with Analytics team in the development of appropriate KPI's and attribution methodologies.
Be an innovative and inspiring figure head
o Understand the key trends that drive customer behaviour; always be ahead of the latest trends and provide thought leadership
o Build strong relationships with publishers to bring high quality thought leadership and research into Oracle Digital Advertising team
o Bring innovative ways and develop tests to drive performance improvement
Preferred background and experience:
7 years of paid media experience, including at least 4 years in B2B cloud-based Tech businesses.
Deep knowledge in digital media channels (paid search, programmatic, content syndication and paid social), and how different channels working together.
Experience in using Account-Based Marketing for paid media activities
Experience in using media planning, audience analysis, advertising tracking tools such as Moat, Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, etc.
Excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas in written, presentation, and verbal formats to executives and team members
Knowledge in how media agencies operate and activate media
Interpersonal and relationship skills – managing up, down and across the organization.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, cope with changes, and drive forward without having the full picture
