Description

Robert Half in Burlington is working with a local technology company seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting, customer-focused role, open due to growth, reporting into a Customer Operations Manager. The work schedule is HYBRID.

Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of customer support experience, exposure to order processing, and above average software skills. A degree is preferred. Spanish speaking proficiency would be an added bonus.

For the right candidate our client is looking to offer a base salary around the $70K mark, plus bonus. The benefits are very competitive too.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inventory management role or similar

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support

• Demonstrated experience in Order Management and Sales Support

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus, but not required

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of inventory software is a plus.
