Brockton Hospital Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care in Brockton, Massachusetts

Signature Medical Group is hiring full time Nurse Practitioners for our busy Urgent Care Centers, conveniently located on Route 18 in East Bridgewater and 110 Liberty Street in Brockton. The centers are located in full service medical buildings with Laboratory, Radiology, Primary Care and Specialty Care onsite. Signature Healthcare has opened 3 Urgent Cares in the past year!

The Nurse Practitioner will have clinical staff of a LPN, MA as well as a Medical Office Coordinator to support them in this fast-paced Urgent Care Center in which you’ll see lacerations, sprains, fractures, abdominal pain, ear aches, strep throat as well as a host of other conditions not requiring an emergency room. This is a walk-in center with all patients welcome, not simply Signature Medical Group patients. The Nurse Practitioner is expected to see 25-35 patients a day in an 8-hour shift.

Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Master's level (MSN), family health trained nurse practitioner license and ANNC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) certification required. Previous urgent care experience required and these centers see all age groups. Must be prescriptive eligible with 2 years’ prior experience required.
