Food Manufacturing Associate Job Summary Working in conjunction with the Plant manager & lead- the Food Manufacturing Associate is responsible for keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. General Accountabilities Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Assembling products. Following production guidelines and specifications. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent Experience: Previous experience assisting in kitchens or factory is beneficial Skills The ability to stand for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work in a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills.
