Brockton Hospital Human Resources Business Partner in Brockton, Massachusetts
Provides a broad spectrum of professional level Human Resources Services to clients including recruiting and retaining qualified, motivated, staff and employee relations. Builds and maintains positive relationships with managers/leaders and maintains a solid understanding of their operation. Assist clients in planning of key areas such as: staffing, training, performance management, etc. Facilitate meetings, deliver training and make presentations effectively. Identify opportunities for improvement in work climate. Use appropriate social media and other technology and resources to recruit candidates and fill openings in a timely manner. . Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field desirable. 5 - 10 years experience with a focus on employment and employee relations. Must have understanding of basics of employment law such as FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc. Must be able to coach managers of all levels in handling challenging managerial situations, corrective actions, performance feedback, etc. Must possess demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a wide variety of Human Resource responsibilities. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
