Bilingual Human Trafficking Advocate & Community Outreach Case Manager We are seeking a passionate, creative, motived, flexible person to provide a continuum of survivor-centered services to survivors of human trafficking. Responsibilities include the following: crisisintervention, safety planning, case management, housing assistance, and advocacy to survivors ofhuman trafficking as well as community outreach throughout Plymouth County. This positionrequires occasional early evening and weekend hours to meet the needs of both survivors and thecommunities we serve. Ample parking is available where this position is based out of, and the bus lineconnects near by. Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written Two years\' experience and understanding of trauma and working with survivors oftrafficking/domestic violence using an empowerment/survivor-centered model. Experience working with community providers and the criminal justice agencies. Ability to multi-task and have excellent listening and communication skills Valid MA driver\'s license and clean driving record. (This position requires community outreach throughout Plymouth County) Hours: full-time 35 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch) Salary Range: \$25-\$27 per hour (\$500 sign-on bonus to be paid after six months of employment with a positive review.
