Description Barback Responsibilities Cleaning and resetting of tables Run food orders as needed Clearing of dirty dishes Refilling of guests beverages Restocking the bar, refilling ice and overall assisting bartenders Moving tables / chairs as needed Coordinate with servers and host about available seating options Assist in setting up and serving at a variety of events Be guest oriented and a positive representative of the Cape Cod Cafe Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent Education: Valid TiPS certification for the serving of alcohol Be the legal age to serve alcohol Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting liquor boxes and standing for long hours Strong knowledge of bar menu items Willing to work in night shifts and on weekends and holidays Friendly, responsible and punctual
